. . .we don't give them the complicated answer ("We connect with clients to bring their mission, brand and values to life for targeted audiences, through content-driven meetings, award-winning videos, and speakers and entertainment that support the message") because our family members don't have much of an attention span.
Instead, we keep it simple: "We produce meetings and events ... video and graphics ... and book speakers and entertainment ... in order to help our customers deliver their message to their audience."
