Objective:

Launch "LATITUDE," Boston Scientific’s revolutionary new remote
heart-monitoring system.

Plan / Execution:

To accommodate audience, 6 identical sessions were held over a 2-week period. Deliverables included video production, speaker/host sourcing and booking, management and gear for 20+ breakout rooms plus the general session, live interaction with Boston Scientific’s LATITUDE Call Center and PowerPoint production.

Results:

Sales Reps were trained on product use and features. They also concentrated on learning methods to best communicate the product benefits to customers and prospects. New product sales and program enrollments exceeded yearly goals established at the conference.
