Our in-house speakers bureau and talent buyer, Kris Young, approaches speakers and entertainment in the same way we approach the rest of your event.
And did you know that Kris is available to help you find a speaker or entertainer even if you don’t need MB’s other services at the time? Even when it’s a stand-alone request, Kris has a unique ability to make connections between your message and a speaker’s content or the perfect piece of entertainment to create the ideal experience.
MB is a Speakers Bureau and member of the International Association of Speakers Bureaus, which allows us to co-broker with other exclusive agencies. This means that we are able to focus on your needs because we can pull from all sources to suggest the best solution possible -- a much different approach than asking you to pick from a catalogue of exclusive speakers.

Boston Scientific: Terry Paulsen
Objective:
Present a message about change, in tandem with a new product launch, to six separate sales groups over a period of two weeks.
Plan / Execution:
Terry became more than just a "hired speaker" for this group. He was part host, part interviewer, and part inspirational cheerleader. By working with the client well ahead of the event, we were able to help Terry dig deep into Boston Scientific and the new product, so that he was able to adapt his presentation to conform perfectly to the objectives of the company.
Results:
The client was thrilled to have a customized, consistent message delivered to these six sales groups. The launch was such a big success that they actually flew Terry back into town to join them for a celebration party!

Cargill: Matt Harding
Objective:
Present a compelling and emotional message about international connection and cooperation to a largely international sales audience
Plan / Execution:
Matt Harding became an Internet sensation with the YouTube videos he shot of himself dancing with different, impromptu groups in countries around the world. He brought his story to this group and demonstrated dramatically that our similarities far outweigh our differences.
Results:
The audience loved Matt’s presentation – and he got all of them up on their feet to dance along with him!

Deluxe: Geoffrey Moore
Objective:
Provide an audience full of clients with information from an industry expert that they could use, immediately, to help improve their bottom line.
Plan / Execution:
The audience came expecting a sales pitch from Deluxe. Instead they got an informative presentation by Geoffrey Moore, author of Crossing the Chasm, which provided solutions to the challenges posed by fast-changing, technology-enabled markets.
Results:
This soft-sell approach paid off: Over 90% of the clients attending signed up for a new product program from Deluxe at the conclusion of this event.
