Gather dealers to launch new model year.
Plan / Execution:
Incorporated 55 new Winnebago and Itasca models into floor plan, combining trade show with general session and surrounding attendees with product. Worked executive presenters into business theater setup to get away from canned speeches and move into more conversational delivery.
Results:
Great new approach that tied the business meeting and the trade show together. It created more impact with opportunities to reveal products in a more dramatic fashion than past years. Dealers felt it was a fresh approach and they would like to see it continue. Dealer purchase expectations were met and the event was described as one of the best ever.
